Generals Rules for the constitution and management of a Neuro-Semantics Institute

Legal Status of the Institute

  1. The ISNS delegates the initial foundation of the Institute to ISNS trainers that take the lead in wishing to create an institute in the country they belong to.
  2. The local country Institute of Neuro Semantics must be legally constituted accordingly with the laws of the country as a “Non Profit” or “Not for Profit” type of organization.

Board of Directors (or equivalent)

  1. The board of a Neuro Semantic Institute will be constituted by ISNS certified trainers holding the status of Certifying Neuro Semantic Trainer. Such trainers must be in good standing with the ISNS.
  2. The initial board of directors will be charged with running the institute for a period of 2 calendar years from the date of foundation of the non-profit organization.
  3. Subsequent formations of the board will be created through consensus expressed in the form of elections.
  4. Only Neuro-Semantic Trainers in good standing may be appointed to the board.
  5. Elections to the board are to be held at least every 2 calendar years.
  6. All members with their affiliation to the ISNS and the local Institute in good standing have the right to participate at the elections.
  7. The members of the board of a Neuro-Semantics Institute must not manage or participate in business activities in clear competition or conflict with Neuro-Semantic and/or Meta-Coach trainings.

Type of available membership to the Institute

  1. The available types of affiliation to the Institute are:
    1. Neuro-Semantic Trainer
      A person who has successfully completed Neuro-Semantic Trainers Training and is in good standing with the ISNS and local Institute as a Certifying, Modular or Non-Certifying Trainer
    2. Affiliate non-certified Neuro-Semantic Trainer
      A person who is in the process of completing Neuro-Semantic Trainers Training or has provisional accreditation as a Neuro-Semantic trainer and is in good standing with the ISNS and local Institute
    3. Affiliate Meta-Coach
      A person who is a Meta-Coach in good standing with the ISNS, MCF and local Institute
    4. Affiliate non-certified Meta-Coach
      A person who has provisional Meta-Coach status and is in good standing with the ISNS, MCF and local Institute

Management of ISNS official documentation

  1. The Institute of Neuro-Semantics is the custodian of the official trainer manuals and documentation in the available language for the country.
  2. All the new documentation, materials and manuals relating directly or indirectly to NS and Meta-Coaching translated by affiliates either at the Institute or external third parties must be transmitted to and kept by the Institute.
  3. The Institute is obliged to provide the official documentation (and trainer manuals to those who are NSTT certified) to affiliates in good standing that make a request for them. Fees may be charged by the Institute for complying with any such requests.
  4. The Institute is the custodian of any marketing material provided by the ISNS and the Meta-Coach Foundation.

Management of the official web-site and social media

  1. The Institute is to be the owner of the official website and social media outlets for the country.
  2. The board of the Institute may appoint an internal or external webmaster but will at all times retain the right to revoke any such mandate at any time.
  3. The website and social media outlets of the Institute are to publish a schedule of training events (certified and non-certified) being run by affiliates in good standing within 7 days of notification.
  4. All affiliates in good standing have the right to have their name and biography listed in alphabetical order of surname on a page of the website dedicated to member’s information.
  5. Affiliates may publish articles produced by them on the website. The publication of the material is to be authorized and actioned by the site maintainer based on the following principles:
    1. Articles must be correct in terms of NS and meta-coaching methodology.
    2. Articles must be correct in grammar.
    3. Articles cannot speak about, report on or advertise individual or private business.
    4. Ordering the publication on the web site will be category and reverse date.
    5. Articles and any translation thereof must be signed by the author.
    6. Articles must not contain copied or plagiarised material and must recognize the contributions of others, including their names.
    7. The author and article will abide by the ISNS Code of Ethics in all respects.
